The one fact that changes what you should do: the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 158 homes sold in ZIP 80487 in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 22.5% from the same months in 2025. More homes sold, yet the median price fell. Price your home with both of those facts in mind.

How fast are homes moving?

The Real Estate Data Aggregator put the median days on market in 80487 at 33 days. That is 6 days longer than the same period in 2025. Not every home sold fast. Still, 33 days is a reasonable window for a market at this price level.

The Real Estate Data Aggregator also found that 21.1% of homes in 80487 went under contract within two weeks of listing. That is down 9.2 points from a year before. So the share of quick sales dropped. Price and condition still matter a lot.
